When visiting The Village Spa for services, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow time to go over your personal profile and arriving early whenever possible will allow you time to relax and make the most of our "on hands" time. A late arrival may shorten your treatment time.

Gift certificates must be presented at time of arrival and are non-refundable.

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we may accommodate another client in your place and avoid a charge of 100% of your treatment fees.

Packages, multiple services or group bookings require a credit card number to hold your reservation and 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged 100% of your treatment fees.

Calling to change your appointment time without sufficient notice (24 hours) is considered a cancellation and is subject to 100% charge of treatment fee.

Gratuities are appreciated and are not included in our pricing. 15% -20% is customary.
